Recently, I was thinking about my definition of success and my own business success story, which has been significantly shaped by implementing my Financial Freedom Formula.
Balancing Business and Life
I define success as having to work because I want to, not because I HAVE to. Why? Because when I decided to start my own business and become my own boss, I wanted to make plenty of money, and have time to do the things that I love without stressing about money.
When I first became an entrepreneur, especially in the early days, that wasn't the reality at all for me. I felt like I was wearing 25 different hats, the money wasn't all that great, and I felt like I was working 24/7!
My Business Success Story
What I eventually came to realize for myself is that true success is when I finally developed a reliable team that has become an extension of me. We use the formula that I created to achieve financial freedom for myself, to help our clients start achieving a life that is beyond their wildest dreams. I love that! It's not all about me, it's about having a team that has grasped my vision and helped me by empowering more people than I could have ever done by myself.
Business success for me is also being able to step away and enjoy my life, all while my business is still operating profitably.
Applying Financial Success Principles to My Business Model
I think of financial success in the same way!
